We manufacture the following processing technology with the latest equipment.

• Laser processing

  
  

  No burr and no discoloration
  Laser processing By using a state-of-the-art laser/punch compound machine and YAG laser compound machine, we have achieved a marvelous clean cut without burr burns, eliminating the need for deburring.

• Laser welding

  
  

  Beautifull finish
  
  With CW YAG laser welding, there is little heat input and there is almost no deformation or discoloration. In addition, since it is deeply bonded so that it penetrates deep into the material, strong bonding and a beautiful finish are possible.

  By introducing R chamfering equipment, it is possible to uniformly process not only edges and hole diameter parts, but also parts that are difficult to be sanded by human hands. In addition, it is possible to reduce the cost because a large amount of processing can be performed at one time.
